REFUNDS

Each supplier has its own refund policy, refunds if applicable are the decision of the product supplier. Shipping and customs approval are not within our control; we are dependent on the courier.  You have 3 days to inform us of any issue with your order, this is to ensure we can meet the timeframes set by suppliers for lodging any issue. 

Third-Party Suppliers and Print on Demand Services: Many products are supplied by third-party vendors or are printed/produced on demand. Refunds for these products depend on the supplier's specific policies. While refunds might not always be possible, we are committed to assisting you in resolving any issues with the supplier.

• No refunds for change of mind or mis-ordered items, in some circumstances they are returned unopened and in their original condition but a restocking fee may apply. All return costs are at the buyers expense and shipping is non refundable.
• Damaged or used items are not eligible for refunds.
• Digital products, including eBooks, are non-refundable.
• Customised, medical or hygeine items are not refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and shipping fees are not refundable.
• Ebooks: Due to the nature of digital products, eBooks purchased through our Website are non-refundable. These are intended for personal use and should not be shared or published.
• Buyers generally do not have the right to cancel an order. Buyers can request to cancel an order within 24 hours, but if the order has already been shipped by the supplier, the item cannot be canceled. 
• Please read a product listing before ordering, we list many items and sometimes they may be listed together, we have variations in sizing, colouring, logos, branding and packaging. Some product labels may differ depending on your region and this will usually be demonstrated in the listed or photos or inferred by a description. Refunds are unlikely if you misread a product listing or did not properly view its descriptions. 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please take a photo on the day of arrival and contact us for verification. We will assist in resolving the issue with the supplier. However, we are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping, though we can provide courier details for you to follow up. Without evidence we cannot lodge this for you. You have 3 days to inform us of any issue with your order, this is to ensure we can meet the timeframes set by suppliers for lodging any issue. Outside of this timeframe or without photos to lodge to our supplier we will be unlikely able to assist you. If the item was incorrectly selected we cannot refund you if it was mentioned on a listing or if multiple item selections existed. 

SHIPPING:

All purchases of physical items from herbalhealth.shop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Lost items are not within our control, when you order the item is then handed to a courier, you can contact the courier for finding your lost parcel, we do not offer a parcel finding service. We will assist you as best we can, but ensuring your address is correct is vital or check with your post office. Delayed delivery is also not within our control and you agree to waive any issue relating to this. 

• • Shipping and delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs delays and adverse weather conditions.
  • For lost or delayed items or misdelivered items, We can provide you with as much detail as possible for a parcel to be found but it is your responsibility to follow this up with the couriers.
  • No refund is given for uncollected, misdelivered or wrong address. Contact your local post office. If the item is returned to the supplier any item needing to be reshipped will be at your own cost for the reshipment. 
  • Shipping and customs approval for items to be permitted into your region is not within our control, we are dependent on the courier, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items please check with your local post shop or we can try to find you details of the courier. No refund for these scenarios can be offered once the item is dispatched to the courier, please request the couriers contact details. 
  • In case of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us immediately and we will give you details of the courier to make a damaged item claim. 
  • Kindly be informed that if a purchased item is rejected by customs, we cannot issue a refund.
  • It is crucial for customers to ensure that the items they order comply with the import regulations of their country.
  • Customers must verify the legal importation status of items they wish to order before making a purchase.
  • Any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process will be the responsibility of the buyer. In rare cases International orders may incur additional shipping charges or import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
  • The buyer is responsible for covering the costs associated with returning items. Return shipping expenses are to be handled by the buyer, and initial shipping charges are non-refundable. 
    
  • In certain instances, a buyer may be responsible for the cost of return shipping for an item returned to a seller. If the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, the buyer may elect to use an store-generated shipping label or purchase a shipping label directly from a carrier. By choosing to use an store-generated shipping label, you (as a buyer) agree that we may deduct the cost of the shipping label from the refund owed to you.
  • For a refund, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Please remember to obtain proof of postage when returning items to protect against loss or damage during transit.
  • Refunds will be processed promptly upon the receipt and inspection of returned items.
  • We reserve the right to utilize alternative shipping carriers or methods to fulfill orders if necessary.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses for certain items; please provide a physical address for delivery.
  • You have 3 days to inform us of any issue with your order, this is to ensure we can meet the timeframes set by suppliers for lodging any issue. 

Return Shipping Costs

In most instances, the buyer will need to cover the cost of return shipping. If you opt to use a store-generated shipping label for returns, the cost of the shipping label may be deducted from your refund.

 

If in any case a refund is considered in good faith the Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Must be received to us in original sellable condition safely
